Community Lead

About the role

The Community Lead will build and nurture active, engaged, and scalable communities around our cryptocurrency exchange. The role focuses on turning community participation into registered, active, and retained users while maintaining a positive brand perception.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter) and Reddit communities.
• Develop daily and weekly engagement plans and coordinate regional moderators.
• Organise AMAs, competitions, missions, campaigns and other community events.
• Engage users, collect feedback, and identify potential ambassadors.
• Support KOL/Affiliate campaigns and collaborate with CRM to convert community members into users.
• Monitor and address FUD, spam, scams and misinformation, escalating product or customer issues as needed.
• Assist with product launches, track sentiment and design community‑specific campaigns.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing large online communities.
• Expertise with Telegram, Discord, X and Reddit platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3 and digital‑asset markets.
• High awareness of internet and crypto culture.
• Proven crisis‑management capabilities.
• Creative, highly responsive and able to work in an international environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
