Content Manager

About the role

OLIVER is looking for a proactive Content Manager to join its Istanbul office. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s social media and digital communication, overseeing content planning, creation, and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for social media and other communication channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end content planning, scheduling, and publishing processes.
• Track pre‑approval workflows and execute content entry.
• Ensure regular reporting and smooth operation of content processes.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor social media trends and digital developments, integrating insights into content.
• Support the creation and maintenance of content calendars.
• Guarantee that all output aligns with the brand’s communication tone.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in advertising or a digital agency.
• Proven experience creating content for social media and various digital platforms.
• Strong organizational, planning, and task‑tracking abilities.
• Active user of social media who follows trends closely.
• Ability to manage content management, approval, entry, and reporting operations.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal stakeholder interaction.
