Contract and Vendor Management Analyst

About the role

World Business Lenders is seeking a Contract and Vendor Management Analyst to support the day‑to‑day administration of corporate legal contracts, outside counsel, legal vendors, and service providers. The role is fully remote and works primarily on an Eastern Time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate contract intake, approvals, signatures, amendments, renewals and terminations while maintaining an accurate repository.
• Onboard and maintain records for outside counsel, legal vendors and service providers, including due‑diligence and insurance documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy, rates and coding, track budget status and prepare routine reports on contract and vendor performance.
• Identify incomplete documentation or missed milestones and support updates to templates, trackers and training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, finance, supply chain or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, procurement, legal or finance operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of documents and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience using contract, procurement or matter‑management systems.
