Corporate and Structured Finance Chief

About the role

The Corporate and Structured Finance Chief will lead the development and execution of strategic borrowing solutions, corporate and working capital facilities, and financing products that meet the company's funding needs. This senior position coordinates international procurement, due diligence, and lender engagement across corporate and project finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of strategic borrowing solutions, ad‑hoc corporate facilities, and financing products.
• Coordinate international procurement opportunities, including Financed EPC (EPC‑F) and Export Credit Agency (ECA) backed structures.
• Prepare and maintain presentations, bank information packages, transaction analyses, and management reports.
• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing financing transactions, managing term sheets, facility agreements, and reporting obligations.
• Maintain relationships with international commercial banks, ECAs, DFIs, and other financing partners.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including AI‑enabled and analytics‑driven enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, structured finance, project finance or banking, preferably in energy, infrastructure or EPC sectors.
• Familiarity with Financed EPC, ECA‑backed financing, corporate lending, structured guarantee facilities, FX hedging and Supply Chain Finance.
• Experience coordinating with international banks, ECAs, DFIs and professional advisers.
• Strong analytical, coordination, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
