Senior Financial Affairs Specialist

About the role

Rönesans Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Affairs Specialist to support financial operations across its construction projects. The role involves coordinating finance activities, ensuring accurate reporting, and managing subcontractor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary invoice entries, payment instructions, monthly cash flow and project financial progress reports.
• Review customer and vendor accounts periodically and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate between project finance teams and central finance, guiding necessary actions.
• Obtain, deliver, and track employer guarantee letters and ensure timely collection of project reports.
• Analyze financial adequacy of prospective contractors and monitor project stock levels.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, business administration, economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
• No military service obligations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
