Corporate Communications Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Communications Specialist will determine the communication needs of ETİ and its sub‑brands, develop and execute annual communication plans, and coordinate all related activities with agencies, partners and internal units.

Key responsibilities

• Identify corporate communication needs for ETİ and its sub‑brands.
• Prepare and implement the annual communication plan in coordination with agencies and third‑party partners.
• Coordinate sponsorship and CSR initiatives that enhance brand value.
• Plan, project‑manage and execute corporate events and sponsorship activities.
• Conduct brand reputation studies and manage advertising collaborations.
• Oversee corporate identity projects, including design and production of corporate materials.
• Guide and coordinate international corporate communication activities in line with ETİ’s global strategy.
• Manage corporate and brand PR activities, including media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Support internal departments with communication language, visual identity and event execution.
• Assist in crisis communication and corporate reputation management when required.
• Monitor, analyse and report the effectiveness of communication, sponsorship and PR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication, corporate communications or media relations.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, corporate reputation projects and sponsorships.
• Proven ability to handle media relations and stakeholder management.
• Excellent project management and organisational capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
