Corporate Communications Specialist

About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking a proactive Corporate Communications Specialist to shape and protect the brand’s reputation across traditional and digital channels. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of PR, media, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communications strategies that align with business objectives and company culture.
• Manage press trips, fashion blogger events, press conferences and store opening ceremonies.
• Lead sponsorships and CSR projects from concept through execution.
• Handle crisis communications and coordinate with PR agencies in Turkey.
• Oversee internal communication activities and employer‑brand messaging.
• Produce and manage the digital corporate magazine.

Required profile

• University degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, public affairs or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing communication projects, press events, sponsorships, crisis communication and social responsibility initiatives.
• Excellent writing, proof‑reading and editorial skills; fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Interest in fashion, travel and a detail‑oriented, multi‑tasking mindset.
