Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

METRO Türkiye is seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager to lead the brand vision and drive integrated marketing initiatives that support business objectives across B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all marketing and communications functions for METRO Türkiye.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing & communication plans across online and offline channels.
• Manage ATL and BTL channel strategies based on defined audience segments.
• Plan and implement 360° campaigns across all relevant touchpoints.
• Drive value‑proposition focused communication, event, and sponsorship strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
• Contribute strategic insights and recommendations to commercial master planning.
• Build brand visibility and engagement through content creation, messaging, and channel management.
• Oversee the marketing & communications budget, optimizing spend by channel and timing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in brand management, with a strong background in digital communication budgeting.
• Experience in market research and retail environments is a plus.
• Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire cross‑functional teams.
