Corporate Governance Analyst

About the role

World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a Corporate Governance Analyst to support entity maintenance, corporate filings, governance approvals, recordkeeping, intellectual property administration, and corporate‑structure projects. The role is fully remote, working primarily 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM ET, Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain entity profiles, officer/director information, organizational charts, minute books, charters, bylaws, resolutions and related records.
• Track filing calendars, prepare and coordinate annual reports, renewals, foreign qualifications, and other compliance filings.
• Prepare standard resolutions, consents, incumbency certificates and coordinate electronic signatures, notarization and filing.
• Support entity formations, dissolutions, reorganizations, audits and diligence projects, including IP registration tracking.
• Generate routine reports on entity status, upcoming obligations and missing records, and ensure quality‑review procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, finance, accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years experience in corporate governance, entity management or corporate legal operations.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to manage deadline‑driven work across multiple jurisdictions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Outlook and Teams for scheduling and collaboration.
• Experience with entity‑management or registered‑agent platforms.
