Creator Manager – TikTok Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Creator Manager to lead TikTok Commerce creators, develop strategic partnerships, and drive the growth of key content categories. The role combines creator development, performance analysis, and campaign execution to ensure both creator success and platform impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop high‑potential creators to expand key content categories and achieve creator success.
• Identify partnership opportunities with e‑commerce businesses and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring them to life.
• Own a medium‑sized portfolio of creators/partners, devise growth and retention strategies, and maintain strong relationships.
• Work with internal teams to highlight creators and support their initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and optimise creator performance metrics such as activation rate, content quality, views and audience growth.
• Oversee operational performance of key metrics and ensure diversity of content.
• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns aligned with trends or global tentpoles, and conduct related data analysis.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Familiarity with the content creation industry and an existing network of creators.
• Experience working directly with content creators and building trustful relationships.
• Ability to provide platform training, support creator engagement activities, and deliver daily user‑focused assistance.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with planning skills for online and offline campaigns.
• Enthusiastic, result‑driven and focused on efficiency.
