Digital Content Creation Responsible

About the role

As a Digital Content Creation Responsible you will design, produce and manage a variety of training and communication materials for internal audiences. You will leverage modern AI tools and multimedia software to enhance visual storytelling and support Bosch’s digital learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain training assets such as videos, web‑based trainings (WBTs) and written documentation.
• Set up, design and administer the internal social media platform to boost engagement.
• Apply AI‑assisted visualization and video generation tools to streamline content workflows.
• Support internal communication concepts, handle project‑management tasks and distribute quality documents.
• Contribute to the conceptual design of database structures related to content management.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication Design, Media, Film, Marketing or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, video production and WBT creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Structured, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
