Digital Marketing & Content Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Digital Marketing & Content Strategy Manager to drive the digital transformation of a leading insurance provider. The role combines strategic leadership, data‑driven decision making, and compelling storytelling to build a seamless, high‑converting customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Map, design and continuously optimise the full‑funnel customer journey across web, mobile, landing pages and chatbots.
• Create detailed Customer Journey Maps and Experience Blueprints to eliminate friction points.
• Analyse user behaviour, identify pain points and implement solutions to improve NPS and CSAT scores.
• Lead CRO initiatives, conduct A/B testing and user research to boost conversion rates.
• Define and execute a holistic content strategy aligned with business objectives, translating complex insurance products into customer‑friendly language.
• Manage an omnichannel content calendar covering blogs, social media, SEO and email marketing.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, dwell time, conversion impact) and refine strategies accordingly.
• Design lead‑generation flows, implement marketing automation, and support lead scoring and segmentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–12 years of experience in digital marketing or CX management.
• Proven background in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
