Digital Marketing Manager / Specialist

About the role

Vagustim, a wellness technology brand focused on non‑invasive vagus nerve stimulation, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute full‑funnel marketing initiatives. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and works closely with leadership to improve conversion, retention and overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own website performance and conversion optimization across landing, product and checkout pages; design and run A/B tests using VWO.
• Manage end‑to‑end email marketing, including acquisition flows, lifecycle campaigns and post‑purchase programs to boost repeat purchase and LTV.
• Develop and execute content strategy for organic social, blog and on‑site experiences; support SEO and on‑page optimization.
• Identify, negotiate and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships; build a scalable system for sourcing and evaluating creators.
• Source, organize and brief creative assets (images, video, UGC) and maintain a structured asset library.
• Collaborate with paid‑media agency, providing input on creatives, landing pages and testing priorities to align paid and owned channels.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably with eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Hands‑on experience across website, content, lifecycle or organic channels.
• Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo or similar.
• Experience with CRO and experimentation tools like VWO.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution and performance reporting; comfortable with GA4, Shopify and marketing dashboards.
• Organizational and execution skills; experience with influencer or creator marketing.
