Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our in‑house paid media operations. You will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple e‑commerce channels using data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Plan, launch and monitor performance marketing initiatives focused on ROAS, CPA and revenue targets.
• Own day‑to‑day digital advertising without agency support.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights and implement optimization tactics.
• Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and CLV.
• Collaborate with Creative and E‑commerce teams on assets and landing page recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements and campaign structures.
• Build regular performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Identify new growth opportunities, audiences and emerging digital channels.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends and new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing in‑house paid media operations.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, attribution models and conversion optimization.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English preferred.
