Expert SAP HCM Consultant

About the role

Solvia Digital Solutions, a SAP Gold Partner, is seeking an Expert SAP HCM Consultant to join its Warehouse Management Team. The role focuses on delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Turkish Payroll solutions within S/4 HANA projects for both domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, integration and daily support of Employee Central (EC) and Turkish Payroll (Bordro) modules.
• Participate actively in S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors rollout projects.
• Analyse business processes, design and document solutions based on industry best practices.
• Resolve incidents and manage change requests through the customer ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with the SAP HCM module.
• Strong problem‑solving and business analysis capabilities, including functional decomposition and requirements gathering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
