Export Operation Specialist

About the role

Döhler Turkey is seeking an Export Operation Specialist to join its Istanbul office. You will be responsible for coordinating export shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, customs brokers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise shipments based on customer orders.
• Prepare and manage export documents.
• Coordinate export processes with customs brokers, logistics, customer service, and quality departments.
• Track shipments with transport companies and send original documents to customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the system.
• Handle banking procedures related to export transactions.
• Control transport and customs invoices and forward them to finance.
• Prepare and follow up on letters of credit (L/C) documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations (food & beverage experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Team player with analytical thinking and initiative.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP.
