Field Coach Trainer – Retail Development

About the role

The Field Coach Trainer partners with the Retail organization to elevate client experience, nurture talent, and drive sustainable business performance across Tiffany & Co.’s store network in Turkey. Working primarily on the shop floor, the role uses a coaching‑first approach to translate learning into behaviours that deliver exceptional client experiences and measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Leadership to turn business priorities into effective learning and coaching strategies.
• Support stores in achieving sales targets through targeted coaching interventions.
• Reinforce luxury selling behaviours and service excellence to elevate the client experience.
• Spend at least 80% of time in stores providing on‑the‑floor coaching that turns knowledge into performance.
• Observe, inspire, and develop Client Advisors with personalized coaching plans.
• Empower Store Leaders to become effective people developers and multipliers of learning.
• Build proactive partnerships with Retail Learning Managers, Store Managers, and Retail Leaders to co‑design coaching priorities.
• Contribute to quarterly Retail Learning roadmaps and monthly learning calendars.
• Champion Tiffany & Co. values, promote an inclusive environment, and celebrate achievements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of training & development experience, preferably in a luxury brand or luxury service industry.
• Retail leadership experience with a proven track record of effective coaching.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable learning initiatives.
• Experience fostering a culture of continuous development and retail excellence.
