Field Service Engineer

About the role
Provide best‑in‑class field service at customer sites, representing VTS brands and handling activities from planned maintenance to troubleshooting and commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance according to guidelines and SOPs using supplied tools.
- Build customer relationships, identify business opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
- Offer technical support via phone or on‑site troubleshooting and produce daily service reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find optimal solutions for breakdowns and customer‑specific situations.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with strong customer focus.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, conduct risk assessments and use PPE.
- Willingness to share knowledge, train colleagues and contribute to a strong technical network.
Required skills
- Preventive maintenance and commissioning.
- Troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
- Use of standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
