Finance Director

About the role

Zero Density is seeking a Finance Director to lead its finance function as the company scales its real‑time virtual production platform worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, you will shape financial strategy, drive profitability and support strategic transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Board to define financial strategy, growth, cash generation and capital allocation.
• Lead a finance team of 3‑5 professionals across accounting, reporting, budgeting, planning and treasury.
• Establish budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning and FP&A processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, profitability analyses by product, geography, customer and revenue stream.
• Review cost structure and implement efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Oversee monthly close, consolidation and management reporting for entities in Turkey, the United States and the Netherlands.
• Manage multi‑currency accounting, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing and group accounting policies.
• Handle cash flow, treasury operations, banking relationships, working capital and FX risk.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and IFRS, lead external audits and tax compliance.
• Prepare Board and investor reports and lead due diligence for financing, acquisitions and mergers.
• Enhance ERP, reporting and internal control infrastructure for scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in finance, accounting or related functions.
• Proven track record in leading finance teams in multinational environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic and execution capabilities.
