Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, strengthen planning and reporting, and provide strategic insight for business decisions. The role is based at our headquarters on the European side of Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and medium‑to‑long‑term financial planning, analysing results to support senior management decisions.
• Manage cash flow and working capital, optimizing receivables, payables and inventory cycles.
• Oversee relationships with banks and financial institutions, handling loans, leasing, guarantees and other instruments.
• Monitor foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity and credit risks, and develop hedging strategies using FX and commodity derivatives.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including budget‑vs‑actual and profitability analyses, to the Executive Committee.
• Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, market and sales channel to inform commercial decisions.
• Develop feasibility studies, financial models, valuations and scenario analyses for investment projects.
• Ensure accurate daily finance operations such as payments, collections, banking, letters of credit and trade finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of finance experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in large‑scale, manufacturing and export‑oriented industrial organisations.
• Strong knowledge of banking transactions, foreign‑exchange regulations, trade finance and related financial instruments.
• Up‑to‑date understanding of CBRT and BRSA regulations affecting corporate finance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP and other ERP financial systems.
• Advanced Excel reporting and modelling capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with foreign‑exchange and commodity derivatives.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered finance applications and their implementation.
• Strong analytical and risk‑management skills applied to financial data.
