Growth Marketing Manager (AI-Native)

About the role

Efsora, an AI and software company in Izmir, is seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to design and run AI‑driven marketing for a US client. You will own the full marketing cycle, from strategy and launch through acquisition, engagement and retention, working closely with the product manager and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define target audiences, positioning, messaging and channel priorities, and develop launch plans with timelines, budgets and success metrics.
• Run digital campaigns across website, email, social and paid media; create content, landing pages and customer journeys that convert interest into adoption.
• Build, operate and continuously improve AI agents for research, content production, campaign execution and performance analysis.
• Integrate customer insights and campaign findings into product decisions and support US launch events with local partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on digital growth, preferably targeting US audiences.
• Proven ability to take a product or marketing function from planning through launch and sustained growth.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, set priorities and deliver results with limited direction.
• Excellent written and spoken English and based in Izmir.
