Hardware R&D Engineer - Washing Machines

About the role

Koç is looking for a passionate Hardware R&D Engineer to join its Washing Machine Product Directorate. The position is based in Manisa, Turkey, and focuses on developing new washing machine products through R&D projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in R&D projects for developing new products.
• Develop, maintain and improve washing machine electronic control boards (display, mainboard, motor driver, sensor).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability to follow market trends and new technologies, outside-the-box thinking, openness to innovation and a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Analog and digital circuit design.
• Altium Designer for schematics and PCBs, and PCB layout design.
• Microcontroller architectures and peripherals (ADC, PWM, I2C, UART, SPI).
• AC-DC and DC-DC converters.
• Hardware simulation tools such as LTSpice and Altium Mixed-Signal Simulation.
• Electrical testing knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
