Hotel Sales Executive

About the role

As a Sales Executive for the Porta Chiara Hotel in Istanbul, you will drive revenue by generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will represent the hotel’s brand, ensuring memorable experiences for guests and partners alike.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads by analysing local market trends and competitor activity.
• Grow existing customer accounts and travel locally to expand market share.
• Negotiate rates and prepare contracts for group and corporate bookings in line with pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to create comprehensive sales programs and exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries to support conversion and satisfaction.
