HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist will support the end‑to‑end employee life‑cycle for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, ensuring accurate HR data, compliance with local labor laws, and seamless operational processes. This hybrid position requires an average of two days per week on site at an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain HR administration processes and employee information systems.
• Process HR data in line with company policy and legal requirements, providing accurate reporting and data retrieval.
• Act as the local HR point of presence, handling document signing, filing, archiving and submissions to authorities.
• Identify emerging HR applications, recommend improvements and support IT investments for HR tools.
• Support recruiting administration, internal hiring and lower‑level external hiring.
• Partner with Country HR and local stakeholders on employee relations, engagement and communication initiatives.
• Define and lead HR Operations support for Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO) transitions.

Required profile

• Intermediate level of HR subject‑matter knowledge with experience in HR operations or administration.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work across functional, regional and global teams.
• Excellent organizational and process‑re‑engineering skills.
