HRBP Executive – Digital & IT

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an HR Business Partner Executive to support the Digital & IT function. You will act as a strategic HR advisor, ensuring organizational structures, change initiatives and talent processes are executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date organization charts on a monthly basis and during headcount planning.
• Support HRBP in HR budget planning and monitor budgeted headcounts.
• Advise on reporting line and title changes, and execute updates across relevant IT systems.
• Implement organizational change plans, prepare launch announcements and update structure documents.
• Facilitate development plans for low‑performing employees and track their progress.
• Evaluate promotion requests and reflect status changes in HR systems each month.
• Track vacant roles, conduct interviews with hiring managers, and prepare offer letters.
• Manage end‑to‑end termination processes, conduct exit interviews, and organise open‑door meetings and coffee talks.
• Analyse Spirit Beat results and contribute to action plans as part of the Spirit Team.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a technology or telecom environment.
• Strong personal impact, ownership, relationship‑building and adaptability.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with fluent English.
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to solve problems creatively.
