Human Resources Director

About the role

BBN Airlines Türkiye, an IOSA‑certified airline and member of the Avia Solutions Group, is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead its people strategy at the company headquarters. The role will shape HR policies, support a multicultural workforce, and align talent initiatives with the airline’s growth and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and expansion plans.
• Advise executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Lead change‑management initiatives during periods of growth and operational transformation.
• Design recruitment strategies for flight crews, maintenance staff, ground operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner with operational leaders to forecast staffing needs for current and future ACMI contracts.
• Build talent pipelines in local and international labor markets.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture and drive employee engagement and retention programs.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Implement training frameworks to meet operational excellence and regulatory standards.
• Develop competitive compensation structures, conduct market benchmarking, and manage annual salary reviews.
• Control payroll and social security processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, aviation regulations, and internal policies across all jurisdictions.
• Maintain HR policies aligned with industry best practices and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR leadership within aviation or other highly regulated international industries.
• Proven ability to lead a multicultural workforce and advise senior executives.
• Strong track record in change management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Deep knowledge of labor law compliance, compensation design, and payroll administration.
