Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Avesoro is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to strengthen its HR team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, HR operations, talent development, and data‑driven reporting, supporting both local and international business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for various functions and levels, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Coordinate reference checks, pre‑employment activities, onboarding, and follow‑up evaluations at 2‑ and 6‑month milestones.
• Maintain vacancy and candidate data, develop talent pools, and update organizational charts and job descriptions.
• Support workforce planning, headcount analysis, and preparation of HR dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in planning and tracking training programs, including annual training plans and participation records.
• Contribute to HR projects for international operations and help improve HR policies and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; engineering graduates are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to handle HR reporting, workforce planning, and general HR processes.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other career portals.
• Experience conducting competency‑based interviews and candidate assessments.
