Opella is redefining self‑care for millions of consumers. As an Innovation Project Manager you will lead cross‑functional teams to turn bold ideas into market‑ready solutions that simplify, humanise and modernise health experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams from concept through launch, owning scope, timeline, budget and value creation.
• Facilitate alignment with structured kick‑offs, planning workshops and regular meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Manage the full project lifecycle—scope, schedule, risks, resources and financials—using agile and outcome‑focused methods.
• Define project strategies that align with business goals, ensuring consumer relevance and commercial viability.
• Perform risk management and implement mitigation actions as needed.
• Present updates, KPIs and business impact metrics to the Innovation Committee and senior stakeholders.
• Support post‑launch reviews, capture learnings and embed best practices for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience delivering end‑to‑end innovation projects with measurable business impact (e.g., sales growth, speed‑to‑market, consumer engagement).
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of developing strategic solutions and metrics.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
