Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are launching Docyrus, a no‑code platform that streamlines collaboration, task management and custom workflows. As an Inside Sales Representative you will drive the adoption of this solution in Turkey and beyond, generating leads, engaging prospects and guiding them through the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads through cold‑calling, online research and networking.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and present Docyrus as the optimal solution.
• Maintain a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in cloud software or SaaS environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a competitive, results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and building relationships over the phone.

Required skills

• Experience with online marketing tools.
• Familiarity with Helpdesk software.
• Knowledge of Project Management tools.
• Understanding of Sales CRM systems.
• Exposure to ITSM platforms.
