About the role

Kurşun is looking for a Junior Associate with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A to join its team in Istanbul.

Required profile

Law degree
1-3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Experience in legal due diligence, transaction documentation, and signing and closing processes
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
Effective communication and organisational skills, working well in a team
