Laundry Attendant – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

As a Laundry Attendant at the Porta Chiara Hotel, you will play a key part in delivering the warm hospitality experience that Hilton is known for. You will ensure that every guest enjoys fresh, clean linens throughout their stay, contributing directly to guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and deliver linens and guest laundry items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of laundry machines and work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of linens, towels and laundry supplies, and report any shortages.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards in all laundry processes.
