Lead Growth Manager – Web

About the role

Codeway is a global consumer‑tech company building AI‑driven mobile apps used by hundreds of millions. As Lead Growth Manager – Web you will own the acquisition and growth strategy for one of our web products, working closely with product, creative, and external partners to drive user acquisition and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing for a web product, designing and executing user‑acquisition campaigns.
• Develop and test creative assets, generate hypotheses, monitor implementation and provide feedback.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other ad networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, global ad‑network teams and other external partners.
• Create and monitor BI dashboards, analyse performance data and ensure KPIs are met while scaling.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand user motivations and shape monetisation strategies.
• Identify and execute growth‑hacking initiatives beyond traditional performance marketing.

Required profile

• 4+ years of performance‑marketing experience.
• Hands‑on expertise in managing Google Ads Search, Display and YouTube campaigns, with a focus on Search.
• Experience with Google measurement tools (GA4) and mobile measurement partners such as Adjust or Appsflyer.
• Strong knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
