Learning & Talent Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Talent Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives that unlock employee potential and foster a culture of continuous growth within our organization. The role partners closely with business leaders and HR to translate strategic priorities into impactful development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s learning and talent agenda, aligning with business objectives.
• Design, implement and evaluate enterprise‑wide learning, leadership development and talent programs.
• Develop blended learning solutions using modern methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Lead high‑potential development, mentoring, coaching, career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure programs meet organizational needs and drive measurable results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Talent Management or Organizational Development, preferably in retail.
• Proven track record of creating and scaling enterprise‑wide development programs.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation and communication skills.
