Manual QA Engineer

About the role

Progress Partners is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to own the quality of its support flows, funnels and automations. You will ensure emails, tickets, calls and API integrations work reliably for customers and support agents.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end quality of support workflows across Zendesk, Outlook, Gmail and internal admin panels.
• Validate phone routing and call flows in Twilio to ensure customers reach the right agent.
• Test API integrations between Zendesk, Twilio and the company product, confirming data moves correctly.
• Document findings with clear, reproducible bug reports and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of manual QA or software testing experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Zendesk or a comparable support CRM (Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Proven ability to test multi‑service API integrations.
• Methodical, detail‑oriented approach to test design and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.

• API testing tools such as Postman
• Reading API documentation, JSON payloads and logs
