Marketing Communications Executive

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and monitor marketing communication plans, campaign processes, and communication activities.
• Plan and coordinate execution of product launches, campaigns, content, events, and digital communication projects in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Manage relationships with advertising, media, creative, digital, and other external agencies and partners; prepare briefs and ensure deliverables align with brand strategy.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, category, product, and other teams to ensure effective implementation of communication projects.
• Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns and communication activities, and develop recommendations for improvement and optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing communications.
• Proven experience in integrated marketing communications across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
• Strong background in planning and executing product launches, campaigns, content, events, and digital projects.
• Experience in agency management, stakeholder coordination, and project management.
