Marketing Director

About the role

Wyser, the specialist brand of Gi Group Holding, is seeking a Marketing Director to own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution for its FMCG business. The role works closely with commercial, sales, product and customer‑facing teams to build a data‑driven marketing engine that fuels growth, pipeline creation and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual plan aligned with business growth objectives.
• Own brand positioning, value proposition and go‑to‑market communication.
• Build, optimise and scale the full marketing funnel across digital channels, content, CRM, marketing automation and performance marketing.
• Define and manage marketing KPIs, analytics and performance measurement to demonstrate clear business impact.
• Analyse customers, market dynamics and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
• Integrate customer experience and lifecycle management into the marketing strategy to drive retention and lifetime value.
• Own the marketing budget and manage external agencies, vendors and strategic partners.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing marketing team, providing technical guidance as needed.
• Adapt plans to resource constraints while maintaining delivery and impact.
• Drive marketing transformation, scalability and operational excellence with a hands‑on approach.

• Strategic marketing leader with strong commercial acumen and a growth mindset.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working in B2B and FMCG environments.
• Hands‑on execution capability and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
