Marketing Manager

About the role

This position leads the group’s marketing strategy, oversees the marketing budget and supports field and promotional activities for a global pharmaceutical company. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration to drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine the group’s marketing strategy.
• Ensure implementation of planned marketing activities.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Support and develop team members, manage performance and foster collaboration.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends, providing actionable recommendations.
• Define and manage product portfolio strategy.
• Build deep expertise in therapeutic areas and conduct effective customer management.
• Collaborate with the Promotion Manager to execute field strategies and devise alternatives when needed.
• Determine strategies for product launches, cycle meetings and target‑audience meetings and ensure their execution.
• Contribute to operational efficiency, digital transformation tools and talent pool evaluation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience managing teams within marketing functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
