About the role
The Network & Security Specialist will be responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving Aydınlı Group’s enterprise network and security infrastructure. This role ensures reliable connectivity, robust protection against threats, and alignment with corporate security policies across all locations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and enhance LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking environments.
- Administer routing and switching protocols such as TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, LACP, VRRP, VLT, BGP, OSPF, GRE, and IPsec.
- Configure and support enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR, SIEM, NAC, DNS security, and PAM solutions.
- Maintain Palo Alto, Check Point, and Fortinet security platforms, including policies, NAT, VPN, HA, and threat prevention.
- Install and manage Aruba, Cisco, HPE, and Dell switching gear, plus Aruba Controller, ClearPass, and AirWave for wireless.
- Support load balancers from F5, Kemp, and Citrix.
- Administer IBM QRadar SIEM – log sources, correlation rules, alerts, and reporting.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, coordinating remediation.
- Analyze vulnerability assessments, drive remediation plans, and track improvements.
- Manage endpoint protection (SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender) and Microsoft 365 security, identity, and access services.
- Monitor network performance and capacity using PRTG, Syslog, SNMP, NetFlow, etc.
- Perform root‑cause analysis of network issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate information‑security policies and contribute to their evolution.
- Track cyber‑threat intelligence, brand abuse, leaked credentials, and dark‑web findings.
- Handle SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle – issuance, renewal, deployment, and inventory.
- Prepare topology, capacity, performance, and security reports for management.
