Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Clickzone, a data‑driven growth marketing agency, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to boost the effectiveness of its digital campaigns. You will work closely with brand teams to plan, execute, and optimise paid media across multiple platforms, turning data insights into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Understand brand objectives and develop tailored performance‑marketing solutions.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yandex Ads, LinkedIn Ads, RTB House, and Criteo.
• Plan, launch, and monitor ad sets, ensuring budget efficiency and ROI.
• Conduct strategic analysis of digital channels and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teammates for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year program).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, innovative, and comfortable working in a team‑oriented environment.
