Plant Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Plant Controller to join a multinational manufacturing client. The role will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting for plant operations, providing insights that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for plant activities.
• Monitor production costs, cost accounting and inventory performance.
• Prepare variance analyses and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Support capital‑expenditure evaluations through ROI analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve operational and financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in plant controlling, cost controlling or manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English and strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
