Plant Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Plant Controller to lead financial planning and control for a multinational manufacturing operation. The role reports to senior finance and works closely with production, engineering and supply‑chain teams to drive cost efficiency and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for plant operations.
• Monitor production costs, cost accounting, and inventory performance.
• Prepare variance analyses and provide actionable financial insights.
• Support Capex evaluations through ROI analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve operational and financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years experience in Plant Controlling, Cost Controlling or Manufacturing Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Good command of English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
