Procurement Professional – Services

About the role

Trendyol Finance is looking for a Procurement Professional focused on the Services category. You will manage the procurement of service contracts such as security, cleaning, facility management and other outsourced business services, ensuring processes are efficient, cost‑effective and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational procurement processes for services.
• Conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ and online tender processes, leading supplier selection with stakeholders.
• Track market trends, supplier performance and drive innovation in the services ecosystem.
• Enrich the supplier pool to promote diversity and sustainability.
• Ensure cost optimisation, adhere to purchasing budgets and reduce OPEX.
• Execute procurement activities in line with company procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with PoC, OCM, SPD and finance teams to streamline processes.
• Track spend, identify savings opportunities and support budget optimisation.
• Work with OCM to finalise contracts, providing commercial terms that meet compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced negotiation ability.
• Excellent planning, organisational and analytical capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong reporting skills.
• Team player able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
