Product Marketing Supervisor

About the role

Mavi, a global premium denim and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Product Marketing Supervisor to join its Marketing Department. The role bridges category and marketing teams, turning market insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze category performance, market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate analytical insights into recommendations that enhance category growth and marketing effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between Category and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of needs and plans.
• Collaborate closely with Category teams to understand priorities, expectations, and business challenges.
• Leverage data sources such as market share, CRM, CX, and sales data to support impactful initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of communication plans aligned with category strategies.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of category‑driven projects.
• Track project progress, coordinate with relevant teams, and help realize identified opportunities.
• Participate in strategic discussions aimed at improving category performance and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in brand management/marketing within FMCG or category roles in retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with business performance metrics such as sales, market share, customer insights, CRM, or CX data.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing projects end‑to‑end.
