About the role

Join the hospitality team at Porta Chiara Hotel and be the first smile guests see in the public spaces. As a Public Area Attendant you will keep the hotel’s common areas immaculate while delivering warm, memorable service.

Key responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of public zones such as restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices and event spaces.
Perform daily tasks including dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window washing and trash removal.
Greet guests, answer questions and respond promptly to service requests.
Assist housekeeping with guest‑room cleaning and fulfil additional service needs when required.
Carry out periodic deep‑cleaning projects like mattress flipping, furniture moving and floor waxing.

Required profile

Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming environment.
Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
Ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
