Public Relations Communications Manager

About the role

The Public Relations Communications Manager will lead global PR efforts for a fast‑growing cryptocurrency exchange. The role focuses on building awareness, credibility and trust through media relations, strategic communications and reputation management.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with journalists covering crypto, finance, technology and mainstream media.
• Create and maintain a global media database and pitch relevant stories.
• Write and distribute press releases, product announcements and coordinate executive interviews.
• Identify and secure thought‑leadership opportunities such as podcasts, AMAs, conferences and speaking slots.
• Manage media partnerships and communications around product launches and key milestones.
• Collaborate with SEO teams to generate digital PR coverage and high‑quality backlinks.
• Monitor media coverage, sentiment and manage corporate messaging, including crisis communications.
• Support regional PR teams in priority markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech and the global crypto market.
• Demonstrated ability to handle reputation and crisis management.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence in an international business environment.
• Strong story‑development capabilities and ability to work with journalists.
