Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Arven Consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing HR consulting practice. You will work with a variety of clients across hospitality, manufacturing, technology and other sectors, helping them attract the right talent while developing your own expertise in recruitment consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions.
• Translate client needs into clear job briefs and effective search strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and alternative channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Prepare evaluation reports and present suitable profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep both candidates and clients informed.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS.
• Support market mapping and talent research for niche roles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and consulting.
• Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.
• Research‑oriented mindset with curiosity about various industries.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and solution‑focused work style.
• Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new technologies.
