Recruitment Expert – Talent Partner

About the role

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Recruitment Expert who will act as a trusted talent partner, helping to attract, hire and develop top talent while working closely with business leaders to shape the future workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for key capabilities and strategic roles.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Use market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring and workforce decisions.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational changes, and people‑related topics.
• Support talent development discussions and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Coach managers on performance, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or a related HR function.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders on talent and workforce topics.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment.
• Fluent English and Turkish communication skills.
