Remote DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Infrastructure (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote and focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to accelerate software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and implement improvements for high availability.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to apply DevOps best practices.
• Support cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in infrastructure‑as‑code and cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on scripting ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud environments.
