Remote Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React)

About the role

Teamflect is looking for a Remote Full Stack Developer to help build and maintain its SaaS performance‑management platform. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end features, collaborating with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship scalable web applications using React (or Next.js) and Node.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful services and micro‑services architecture.
• Write efficient queries and optimize data models in MongoDB.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Leverage AI‑powered coding assistants (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication within a Scrum team.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous innovation.
