About the role
The Reservation Sales & Service Agent handles incoming reservation requests for Swissôtel The Bosphorus, providing guests with information on rooms, rates, and hotel facilities while promoting additional services to boost revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate entry, modification, and cancellation in the Opera system.
- Upsell rooms, packages, and ancillary services, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales to guarantee smooth guest experiences.
- Prepare reservation reports, maintain guest records, and support group and corporate bookings.
Required profile
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations, hospitality or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and maintain flexibility for shift work.
